Hutchinson House Owners:

For the past two months, the officers of the Board of Directors have been conducting a search for a new manager. Our current manager is not working. It was decided some time ago that we needed someone new. Thursday, June 8, 2006, will be Jim Shepherd’s last day.

On Friday, June 9, 2006, our new manager will come on board.

Name: Michael S. McDonald (Mike)

Wife: Pamela K. McDonald (Pam)

Mike and Pam will be working as a team. Mike will be our condo-Manager. They will be living on-premise in the cottage.

Mike comes to us from the retail management field. For the past year he has worked as a consultant for a number of condominiums in the Satellite Beach area. He has his CAM (Community Association Management) license and his Florida Real Estate license.

Pam has been an office manager, bookkeeper, and head teller for a credit union.

Please take some time and visit with Mike and Pam. Let’s make them feel at home at Hutchinson House.

Since Pam will be our new Office Manager, we have released Jasmine. Jasmine will stay on for an extra week, or until Pam gets settled in her new position.
